  1. While I agree that box office tracking is hardly reliable, trying to compare Wonder Woman to Logan makes no sense. Logan had a production budget of less than 100 million.

  2. Doesn't the new King Arthur movie have zeppelin in the trailer too?
And doesn't DC use the Beatles?

  3. Wonder Woman only opening at $83 million?! That's a load of bull crap! Star Wars 7 was the first "Star Wars" to have a female lead protagonist, no one knew how it was going to do, so box office trackers put its opening at a conservative $200 million. We all know it had the biggest opening ever for a movie here in the U.S. despite having a random female lead that many disapproved of. Granted the movie did have Star Wars in the title, was a continuation of the original trilogy, and got glowing reviews, it still opened huge! Everyone knows who Wonder Woman is, most people liked Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, and even if the movie gets mixed reviews from critics, I guarantee it will open at at least $100 million because it will be the best reviewed female superhero movie, staring a female superhero everyone knows about (compared to Electra or Catwoman who less people knew about when they were released in theaters), and it seems to have a lighter tone compared to previous DCEU movies. I will be shocked if I'm wrong.

  4. Bonus Points to Jeremy for making the Destiny & Blood Dragon references – i also thought the exact same things!

  5. Ha-ha-ha. I do not understand people's enthusiasm at all.
MCU fanboys will not understand that they are fed with shit.
In Marvel comics, the civil war was an complex, incredible and grandiose event! What did we get in the film? Fight 5 to 5 on the wasteland.
In Marvel comics Ragnarok was an incredible and grandiose event. What will we get in the film? All Ragnarok will go to the background, and we will see the piece of the planet of the Hulk and the happy end with lots of humor.
In the marvel comics, the infinity war was a very epic incredible grandiose event! What do we get as a result? 10 freaks in colorful costumes will beat the thanos behind the garages. Mark my words.
By the way. I'm not some kind of beaten fanboy. My childhood was accompanied by films and stories of marvel. In my childhood, I even made a spiderman's suit. But to watch how the disney feeds everyone with shit. And everyone likes this shit. It makes me hurt.
Mark my words. Ragnarok will be 20-30% of the movie. 70% – tipical MCU shit.
    So sad. D:

  6. Very cool.

  7. sorry bcuz this'll sound dickish but Hela doesn't rule Valhalla. that's where the heroes go. She rules Nifelhiem. I'm sure I spelled it wrong. that's where none heroes go. I know others may have already said something but just wanted to point that out. also it was a fckn spectacular trailer.

  8. WW's tracking, well this isn't bad considering what a disappointment the last two DCEU movies were and the backlash. I mean they still happened to be better than transformers and ninja turtles so this 83M isn't too low or too high but we all know WW will at least make 100M just based on the name of the IP. Hope it gets his due and turns out great 🙂

  9. verrrryyyyyy cooollll

  10. 150 mil for wonder woman

  11. hela looks hella strong

  12. Cate Blanchett is getting hotter, she looks incredible as Hela!!!

  13. Peremy LIVES!!!

  14. Read the Dragonlance series!!!

  15. Reboot Captain E.O. starring The Rock!

  16. COLLIDER DUNGEONS & DRAGONS, YEAH! Make it happen, Schnepp!

  17. African queen is in color

  18. i always thought, maybe Kylo is undercover and he is currently way to deep, and Han knew in order to keep his cover he had to die. maybe Kylo is trying to gain Snokes trust so he can kill him. and when kylo was speaking to the vader mask, he really ment, he needed the strength to continue.

  19. Will Surtur be in the movie

  20. best trailer in a lot of years

  21. The Rock is in everything these day, Mark is right. he works harder than possibly any other male action star in Hollywood, but does that mean we're gonna get fatigued seeing him in so many movies? I mean everyone likes ice cream, but you can't eat a ton of it over and over without being sick of it. Equally his good movies are balanced out with his crappy ones, you tend to get an equal number of both in a year so maybe rather than signing up for every script that comes his way he should start being a little more picky?

  22. Collider D&D?! Yes please! I would so watch that, it would be funny and cool to watch Schnepp, Jeremy, maybe Riley and Campea teaching Perri how to create a character and play, lol. Schnepp would have to GM though;)

  23. I would love to see a collider d&d game

  24. Poor Perri foot in mouth disease strikes again. " I don't like reading " Followed swiftly by Schepp 🙂

  25. Is it just me or Jeremy Jahn is the weakest person on the panel

  26. I am hesitant about jungle cruise's  potential  boxoffice  success seeing that "The Country Bears(2002)" and "The Haunted Mansion(2003)"both bombed at the boxoffice but "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" (2003) was a big hit mainly due to Johnny Depp's performance. However The Rock is a big  action star so maybe there is hope.

  27. Everyday there is a Marvel or DC story. So that means inevitabley there is the same old shit in the comments. Seriously people, give it a rest with the Marvel v DC shit, it's so draining. If you were a true fan of the genre, you'd be rooting for both to succeed. Anyone hating on either just comes across as an immature whiney little 12 year old

  28. I think I have a crush on Wendy Lee

  29. fuck you shnep

  30. The African Queen is technicolor…

  31. he's a friend from work!!

  32. Man. That Thor trailer was amazing. Great show guys!

  33. For me personally, judging soley on the premise and trailer, Thor Ragnarok is the first marvel movie that looks like it might not be worth paying to see in theaters

  34. Hela actually got beaten by Angela with a normal sword when they fought in Hel and she was at her peak. Does that mean Angela is the strongest Asgardian? No. Female Thor just performed her star level feat last issue by summoning Mother Storm from Mjolnir. So a hammer that contain God Tempest who almost killed Odin got wrecked by the former queen of Hel who got beaten by an amateur Asgardian. Legit Marvel.

  35. Yea box office tracking is pretty useless. I can understand why they're tracking it lower than the other DCEU movies (less hype than the other movies because of how those movies did critically) and it probably will make less than the other ones because fans are more hesitant, and rightfully so. But it's still gonna do well because Wonder Woman is an icon. This movie will do AT LEAST 100 million opening weekend whether it's good or bad and it'll make way more if the critics rate it well before the release. And I can't disagree with Perri more. 83 mill is a big number but not for a movie like Wonder Woman. Considering the size of the budget plus marketing, it has to do more than that. But if it is around that number, we have to hope that it's good and has legs so that it ends up with a good amount of money and is considered a success.

  36. Shit finally

  37. Meg sounds absolutely terrible… that being said I will be there opening night, I love sharks lmfao
